As reported previously, representatives from the Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme Trustee Board recently attended a Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Select Committee evidence gathering session to provide factual evidence to support an ongoing inquiry into the Scheme, and in particular the surplus sharing arrangements.
