Representatives from the Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme Trustee Board recently attended a Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Select Committee evidence gathering session to provide factual evidence that supports an ongoing inquiry into the Scheme, and in particular the surplus sharing arrangements. The Trustees will submit further evidence to support the information provided at the meeting ahead of the deadline for submission of written evidence on 12th April.
