We are closely monitoring the current situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). To make sure that we are as prepared as possible for the evolving events, we have been taking measures in recent weeks to ensure that effective contingency plans are in place to continue the payment of your Mineworkers’ pension.
Over coming weeks there is likely to be some impact upon the number of people available to answer phones and respond to some member queries. It is most likely that we will have to prioritise some of the more critical services to members over others.
